I met new Sugarist who was so kind and careful out of mere spontaneity during my pampering weekend on April 19th. I called around 2:30pm prior to see who was available early and has gentle hands. Sensitive girly here haha. Reception definitely understands and said someone is available if I can arrive by 3:10pm. I was concerned because of MTA, but I was not far and when I say I walk fast, I do. I caught the train at 68 st and Lexington and made it just in the knick of time at 3:05pm. I mentioned I was the woman on the phone and I was taken care of by Sugarist Zerah for a full bikini. We immediately got to chatting about my experience with Sugaring and overall body wellness and care. Her and I just clicked instantly and I do appreciate people who listen and share their points of view along with recommendations for further self-care. I am definitely going to book with Zerah again because her ability to chat and be gentle all while sugaring less than 10 minutes I was done. I looked and said “Girl, you did that quick and it’s nice.” Her recommendation for exfoliating aligned with how sensitive I am and she provided a sugar scrub that is safe to use after 48 hours, so skin adjusts after process and then may begin use. I love the scrub since then have used it once a week. Thank you again, truly. Apologies on the late post Zerah. Everyone book with her and keep her because she is a wonderful person.

I love anything pink and this place is pink galore, pink tables, pink products, pink uniforms. Everything was just soo damn cute. Now let me get to the service. My esthetician was Elizabeth- not only was she knowledgeable but she was also patient with me since it had been awhile and after a bit of sugaring my reactions were intense. I left feeling cared for and listened to. She also recommended a few of rhe aftercare products to help w my ingrown & keep the skin soft. Overall a great experience
