First time ever waxing and I chose to do a full body. I was nervous but Tatyana was so, calming that the nerves just went away. She did services she thought I needed and took some off that I had book. They are so considerate about me not spending on services I did not need instead of doing it and charging me. The place was so clean and cute. I also got my eyebrows tinted for the first time and I love it!!! Will come again and I 100% recommend them and their products!!!

First time ever doing any kind of hair removal and I went all in with Sugaring NYC Overland Park… Yes, it hurt a little (okay, a spicy little), but the staff were SO friendly, patient, and supportive the entire time. They talked me through it, kept me distracted, and made what could’ve been an awkward experience feel super comfortable and even fun. The energy in this place is unmatched, clean, welcoming, and just really good vibes all around. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. And the results?? Worth. Every. Second.
