It was my first time using a hair removing service, and it was great. My appointment was with Jas, she was both very nice and professional and the aftercare products she recommended at the store are very effective. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman at the reception desk, but he was very nice and friendly as well.
As to be expected by hair removal, it hurt in some places more than others, but I am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely be going back in the future.

This place is awesome. Really clean, as soon as you walk in you smell their organic oils. My aesthetician, Niveyah, is really nice. She gives off chill vibes. Friendly conversations and makes sure you're comfortable. When I first started at this place I was set up with Jas (a different aesthetician), she's also super nice. Really knowledgeable on what she does (well they both are) and will answer any questions you have (in regards to the service). It seems like she'll have to warm upto you at first, but I'm just a really nervous person with new people and those two are actually super nice and tried to make my experience as little as awkward as possible. I'd definitely alternate between the two if need be.

Not a good experience or result. My appointment with Jas left me with a bad bruise. I booked through ClassPass after seeing positive reviews… Whoever those ladies had clearly was much more experienced and gentle because my experience was the opposite. I have gotten plenty of bikinis and this was by far the worst result and very painful. I’ve never been left bruised. I do not recommend.
