Been going for a while and had a lot of great experiences. All of the "sugaristas" are professional, thorough, and patient. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They're very accommodating and customer-focused: One time they stayed open late because I forgot my glasses and had to pick them up before they closed. The membership is great, they make it really easy to pause or cancel when you have to. No upselling or pressure. If you've never tried sugaring before, they tell you everything that you need to know and are very understanding if you need a break due to pain (the first session is always the worst) and I can confidently say it's much better than waxing.

Came in for brazilian and eyebrows, my hairs were a little short for a brazilian but Samantha took her time and went ham to make sure it was bald down there and making sure it was as painless as it could be 😘 then she ate my eyebrows up i left feeling smooth everywhere
