I have been going to get my sugar wax done at Sugaring NYC for about 2 years now since I moved back to Illinois. I used to go to the one located in South Elgin for a little over a year until my favorite tech left. I became stubborn to let anyone else sugar my jewel lol. Then, about 6 months ago, I discovered, while driving by, that there is one in Algonquin. PERFECT! Literally not too far from my house… even better because it’s so much closer. So I tried this location. When I made my appointment I was very skeptical and was not sure who to pick. Then I seen there was a new tech and she was pretty open, obviously because she was new. My spirit told me to give her a try… plus it was a reasonable price (I like reasonable). Yeshayah was my tech first time and although she was a bit nervous I still trusted her. I had confidence in her. Letting her know that I am patient and to relax she will do great. She is truly a perfectionist. She takes her work seriously and makes sure that her customer leaves out happy. We even conversed through the appointment. I wanted to give her another try because she did amazing the first time despite the nervousness. Now, this girl is killing it. She is great and she is my go-to. I never go to anyone else unless I really have to. Otherwise, I am willing to wait to see her again. She is friendly, kind, and extremely caring. I would refer NYC Sugaring to anyone and I would recommend Yeshayah to anyone. Everyone there, as a whole, are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Excellent customer service.

Nilsa is simply the best! I’ve been seeing her for over two years and even tho I moved away I always make sure to time my services to a date I’ll be able to come see her out in algonquin. She takes great pride in the process and takes care of the skin care aspect which in my opinion is just as important as the sugaring. Whats the point of having bare skin if it’s irritated with ingrown. She truly is a gem, also makes you feel so comfortable while you’re on the table never an awkward moment. Can’t say enough good things, location is also clean and fresh and welcoming. Absolutely love this location and Nilsa 10/10

I have been seeing Tatiana for over a year now and she is just wonderful – literally the absolute best experience I have had for waxing! First of all, sugaring is so much better than wax, holy cow (less time, less pain, and healthier/organic)! But most of all, Tatiana is a very sweet person, and she is very thorough but also quick at the same time. I’ve been at places for bikini waxes before that took anywhere between 30 – 45 mins – just awful. At sugaring NYC I’m in and out in about 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place! Go here, and request Tatiana! You won’t regret it!

My Brazilian/ v-facial was an amazing experience per usual here! My sugarista was Theresea and she was so friendly and amazing conversations with her! I really felt like I was hanging out with a friend she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and lots of laughs. I highly recommend her(:
