Hope takes care of me so well every time! On top of being very supportive and comforting during the sugaring process (which can be a little painful), she is really good at what she does/makes it as seamless as possible, and super fun to talk to. I genuinely look forward to seeing Hope because she's all that.

I’ve done a handful of sugar waxes now and this was my first time at Sugaring NYC. My experience here was by far the LEAST painful I’ve ever had!! Genevieve was professional and knowledgeable, she was simply amazing! I don’t live in the area unfortunately but if I’m ever back, I will be returning.

Uly (Ulyssa) gave me, hands down, the best bikini sugar I have ever received. She took out essentially EVERY hair, used techniques that reduced my pain during the process (I’m not particularly pain sensitive, but don’t we all like when sugaring hurts a little less?), and works quickly. Uly is talented at was she does and has a lot of experience, and it shows— I won’t be getting sugared by anyone else so long as I’m in Chicago. Beyond that, she is kind, positive, and a joy to chat with.
