Masoomi was great! This was my first time getting sugaring done but I have had waxing at other locations before. She made me feel very at ease and she explained the process thoroughly before we began. It was so much easier and less harsh than regular waxing was and even when I left, there was so much less discomfort than I normally feel with regular waxing. I think this may be my preferred method from now on.
