Step 1
Step 1
Sign the Franchise Agreement.
We will provide you with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which clearly outlines all rules, regulations, disclosures, and policies. Once you are ready to proceed, we will finalize the franchise agreement and assign a Franchise Performance Manager (FPM) to support your account.
Pay the Franchise Fee.
A franchise fee is the one-time upfront payment of $35,000
Here’s what it covers:
1. Rights to use the brand
2. Initial training
3. Opening support
4. Access to systems & tools
5. Corporate onboarding
6. Full Marketing Setup – website landing page, [email protected] email, where xxxx is the name of your studio.
7. Post-opening consulting support for the length of the contract.
You will also receive login credentials for the Franchise Partner Portal, where you can access all training modules and operational materials.
At that point, you will be officially welcomed as a Sugaring NYC© franchisee.

Find your beauty suite and rent it.
Your FPM will help you with location selection, we will also provide a guidance on simple, yet stylish improvements that need to be done to the room to give your customers a real Sugaring NYC © experience. We will paint the walls, apply Sugaring NYC © corporate style wallpaper on one of the walls. You will purchase corporate-approved treatment bed and a few furniture items. The entire process can be finished as fast as 1 week.

The Corporate Training Team will schedule your sugaring training. You will be introduced to the Sweet Glide® Sugaring System—our proprietary commercial method for delivering exceptional service and customer care. You will also be trained on Zenoti®—our all-in-one POS platform for managing appointments, processing payments, and overseeing client relationships.
By this time, our Corporate Marketing Team will have created your dedicated, store-specific landing page on www.sugaringnyc.com. You will also be added to our corporate Google Maps account, all major social media platforms, review websites, and more. We will manage all of your pre-opening marketing, so you can focus entirely on preparing to deliver best-in-class hair-removal services and an outstanding customer experience.

Get trained by corporate.
The Corporate Training Team will schedule your sugaring training. You will be introduced to the Sweet Glide® Sugaring System—our proprietary commercial method for delivering exceptional service and customer care. You will also be trained on Zenoti®—our all-in-one POS platform for managing appointments, processing payments, and overseeing client relationships.

With our streamlined booking system powered by Zenoti, managing appointments, processing payments, and delivering exceptional customer service becomes effortless. You maintain complete control over your time, schedule, availability, and client relationships.
Our corporate support, training, and marketing teams—as well as our Franchise Performance Managers—are always just one call or support ticket away.

Every application to open a Sugaring NYC © Express suite is subject to corporate review and approval. Based on the corporate strategy, existing corporate commitments and other factors, certain locations may not be available to operate under Sugaring NYC © brand. Express concept is designed for owner-operator ownership model. Existing Sugaring NYC employees are not allowed to open Sugaring NYC © Express concept within certain protected geographical radius.
