Franchise Information
$45.000 Franchise Fee
The initial fee is a lump sum, paid by the franchisee to the franchisor, upon signing the franchise agreement. This payment acts as compensation for the experience, training, employee travel, recruiting, legal fees associated with being able to operate the franchised brand, all legal agreements, including signing the franchise agreement and the right to use the brand name of the franchise in your locality.
$80K-$140K Total Investment
This includes building your location up to corporate standards, architectual plans, leasehold improvements, furniture, fixtures and signage. Also includes 3 months of average operating expenses.
Building cost is averaged and will depend on type of location you choose. 2nd generation locations (when you acquire a site with a similar shape and previous use) require less capital to build the space up to corporate standards.
